Hematite (Tumbled stone)

Hematite tells it like it is if you're spinning out of control, or spending all your time going over things in your mind on constant replay, itÕs going to give you a reality check. It brings you out of your mind and down to earth to ground and focus its energy on the body, and it teaches us to do the same. Rather than over analyzing due to stress or anxiety, use hematite to connect to your root chakra, so that you can stay grounded and just be. A sponge for all your negative thoughts and energy, hematite takes on the bad so that you don't have to. Also like a sponge, hematite can only absorb so much. While you can cleanse your hematite, it can only be cleansed so many times before it cannot accept any more energy, and should be buried in the ground and replaced with a new stone.
